Question About Saunders CD...prepping for nclexpn

So I'm answering the questions after each chapter in the Saunders 4th Edition Review book. I just finished the 1st chapter, Cultural Diversity. So I want to go use the disc to answer questions JUST ABOUT Cultural Diversity so I can see how my studying is going, but the disc won't allow me to do that. Is there ANY WAY AT ALL I can study based on the chapter I'm working on otherwise, the only other way I can see to study is to just randomly answer questions over and over until I get them all right.

I already feel like an idiot because I'm hovering at 60% correct for every end of chapter test I'm taking. This isn't helping at all. afkshlfklhasdf002384!!!1

NCLEX is a Computer Adaptive Test and you need to get use to that format.That way you would not be in a be a shock when you come across such style. I think you're doing great. I'll advise you to understand the content first before trying to practice question. I used that logic and i find the NCLEX so easy due to the style i adopted. Good Luck!
