Qs about STABLE program

I am signed up to take the STABLE course. I know what it is and all that. My question is regarding format, on which I can't find any information.

Do I need to read the books before I take the class, or are they simply for reference during and after the class?

Is there a test at the end, or do I just get a certification once the class is over?

From your experience, did you get to take a long lunch break, or only have time for a packed lunch?

    and yes most programs brake for lunch and give breaks otherwise you lose everyone's attention.

    I would read the material so at least you have an idea.
