QCC prerequisites

Hi! I'm currently taking my prerequisites, I have English 101,102 and Stats already. I took psych 101, biomedical ethics, and A&P 1 this fall (NCC is my top option) I read on QCC's website that you're not allowed to retake any of the prerequisites but my classmate told me they overlook a lot of that (he was in their program). Can anyone attest to this? I would be a good candidate because I'll have a lot of the upper level classes completed already from NCC's prerequisite list.
