How is it going so far? Do you know how they select people during the application process?

I'm finish applying now

Hello everyone. I'm new to this website and trying to complete my application for PV. I really need your help. Which CPR certification is required? I know you have to apply to the university and be accepted before applying to the clinical portion. Which application do I complete? Do I apply as a incoming freshman? I have a Bachelors degree. Please help!! :(

Hello,

You use the same application for the university as you do the nursing school. After being accepted into the nursing school you will just print out the same app u you use for the university and print it out and send it to the CON. Also you put that you have a bachelor on the application it will be the same price. I believe Mrs. Anderson at CON helps people to apply on MWF from 9-1.

So far so good! They select students first come, first serve. They choose students that have completed all the pre-reqs, students who were on the waiting list last semester, and students coming from the main campus first before selecting students who are still completing their pre-reqs. If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks. I appreciate the info. I'm a student still taking 3 classes at LSC so idk if that lowers my chances. However how is there program like? Do you work? Could you explain how your first semester went?

Also how long did it take before you found out you were accepted.?

So far I love the program! It's tough but doable if you dedicate your time to understanding the full scope of concepts. Yes, I work full-time (40 hrs/week). I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have to work. Also, don't work if you don't have a lot of down time on your job because the program is very time consuming. The deadline was Oct 1 when I applied and I got the acceptance letter on Nov 1.
