pt script shelf life

just a general question wondering if anyone know how long a physical therapy script is good for? I decided that maybe the doctor is right and a little therapy would do my aching shoulder good - but the script was written is sept. I am wondering if i'm going to have to go to the doc's office with my tail between my legs for a new script.

    Why not just ask at the PT place? The laws may vary by state. Here non-controlled substance drug scripts are a year, so I'm guessing it might be similar with PT. The PT place might even call for a script if you need a new one.
