Psychiatric interview

I was interviewed at a hospital on Monday and since I am interested in psych the nurse who interviewed me sent my resume to psych and the vp of behavioral health called me later that day and scheduled an interview with me on thursday. What specific things do they ask on a psych interview and what else should I know?

I got a lot of questions r/t how would I handle situations. They were primarily focused on handling conflict, boundaries and possible physical confrontation. I think the best advice I can give is to be very frank. Psych nurses get lied to multiple times per hour and our BS-o-meter is highly attuned to exaggeration or bluffing.
