Psoriasis help

I start nursing school on Tuesday and I'm so excited but also so nervous!! One reason I'm so nervous is because I have pretty intense psoriasis. I have it on the palms of my hands. I know that I'm going to be washing/sanitizing my hands a lot and theres no getting around that which is fine but I was wondering if any of y'all had the same problem and could tell me what y'all do to help your hands not dry out and crack really bad..i have ointments and creams but those are gonna be kinda hard to put on every time i wash my hands. do y'all know of any lotions that i could use to help? like specifically for psoriasis?
