Providence New Grad 2025 Interviews

Hello! Has anyone who applied to Providence when applications opened up on June 6th heard back yet regarding setting up an interview? I was told the process is different from last year. They said they would reach out for setting up interviews starting June 12th.

    I applied to 4 providence locations and they all still say under consideration. But when I click on them, only Torrance and Fullerton say the job is no longer available. So I am hoping that I still have a chance for Orange and Mission Viejo?!

    Usually they open to internals first and then external applicants, and all the spots fill out really fast. Fullerton is having interviews today, same as Orange. If someone didn't take the offer, then they will go down to the waitlist. If this is your 1st time applying Providence, think of how to become internals and get ready for next round of new grad.

    Usually after this round is done, you can ask their hiring manager, and they will tell you the time. Last year was Dec and this year June just FYI. But if you have any questions, try to call or send email to hiring manager.

    Interviewed at fullerton.. did anybody else leave the interview not feeling good? It felt like an exam and some of the behavioral questions were not something I expected to be asked

    Could you provide some insight into the behavioral questions you were asked? If they gave you a case study topic, what was it on? Was it similar to the NGN case studies?
