  1. Thanks for answering :)
  2. I thought I should take it a step at a time since I need to get high grades on my pre reqs. Like should just concentrate or just do both
  3. But I don't know if I should start studying for exams or just concentrate on my pre reqs???
  4. HI my name is Monsy A little background on myself, I have a 2.78 cumulative GPA I know that it is horrible but I still have not completed some of my pre reqs and I am in my sophomore year of college. I wanted to do the traditional route in the school that I am attending but my grades and not being able to finish my pre reqs on time did not allow me to. I know that I have to transfer to another school if I want to finish with a nursing degree but I do not know if I should start studying for the TEAS or HESI REACH2 or NLN PAX which are required for my applications. I still have A&P 1 and 2, micro bio, and development assessment. SO WHAT SHOULD I DO ??!!!
  5. I should have clarified it is a SUNY school. So I should finish my pre reqs and then transfer to a nursing school ??
  6. So do I transfer to a CUNY or stay in Brockport and finish my pre reqs with a different degree and then apply to nursing school?
  7. I am a 19-year-old sophomore at Brockport and I wanted to be in the nursing intent program. But I just realized that my GPA does not qualify me for the program which leaves me at crossroads. At this point, I think I am not cut out to be a nurse because I can not I even meet a 3.0 GPA. I am already behind in my prereqs because I still have not completed anatomy and physiology, microbiology and etc. I want to know if there are schools that will still allow me to finish my pre reqs and then transition into nursing school. Without having to finish four years completing another degree. I am in NYC area if it helps.
  8. I did speak with the advisor already and she said if I don't have a 3.0 GPA then I have to look else where but I do not know where I can still complete my prereqs and be in the nursing program?
  9. HI I am 19 years old and a sophomore in college but I already feel like a failure. Freshman year I wanted to be in the nursing intent program but it had filled up I had to take psychology instead. Then I ########up and got a 2.5 GPA for my first semester in college but then redeemed myself a bit and got a 3.0 GPA for the second semester. I was so pissed because I needed a 3.0 GPA cumulative to get into the nursing intent program. Now I am sophomore and my second fall semester grades came out and I got a 2.78 GPA which means I can not get into the nursing intent program. Which means that I might have to transfer to another school but I do not know where because I still have not finished my pre reqs. I really dont know what to do ??? Please help
  10. I wanted to know if it its ok to transfer to a different school since I can not get into the nursing program in the school I am currently in?
