  2. Not sure I feel bum out about it but idk maybe she sent packages out by the 15th
  3. Only ten people are being pulled from the waiting list she said. I'm assume I didn't she said she sent out acceptance to those people already.
  4. I emailed her and she said on the 15th she will be calling out and emailing
  5. No I'm patiently waiting umass is my number one choice p
  6. I think there is 80 slots but I'm not one hundred percent sure.. I really hope I get picked off the waitlist. This is my number one school!!!
  7. Did anyone else get their financial aid package
  8. I will be commuting too about one hour as well
  9. You can take the bus in spfld and get anywhere. I didn't get accept I got waitlisted. I'm hoping I do get in tho
  10. So I have lived in springfield most of my life and prior to that I lived in NYC. Springfield is technically considered a "city" but there ain't anything city about it. The cost to live in spfld is very reasonable and there about neighbors that are mostly off campus students due to the fact that they have some great colleges in spfld. I will say this NOOOOOO spfld is not "dangerous" as Hartford some Boston area and NYC or even worcester . Yes we have crime but unless your affiliating yourself with these type of people you shouldn't have a problem. Idk why people have this perception of spfld that it is so horrible when it isn't. Honestly as much as I love Hadley amherst Northampton I would rather stay home in spfld and commute. If your coming from small town this will be a big change for you. But I will say spfld and the surround areas are great places to live. Now if you are a parents moving here with a small child I will suggest putting your child outside of spfld. My parents always put me in school choice programs so I went to school in longmeadow and Chicopee which are amazing school districts. As for the night life its boring. I'm always in Hartford or take a trip to Boston. You can find a bar in spfld and hang out but I just perfer going else where. There is one huge mall in spfld area which is in Holyoke but it's your typical stores nothing too too high end. Honestly if it's a temporary move or even a permanent one you will not regret it.
  11. I live in springfield. I will reply to you later I just saw this as I'm walking into work.
  12. I don't think that would matter at this point. You being on the waitlist alone shows that you are in a better spot then someone else being rejected I would just wait it out and see
  13. Anyone else added to the waitlist
  14. With admitted students day is everyone going to
  15. Cngrats to everyone that got in
