    Thank you. This happened after I got my license. My license is clear as I wasn't convicted. I spoke to the BON and it's clear and active.

    Hello everyone! im an RN and my license is in good standing with the Board of nursing but I have a felony larceny theft arrest on my record , no conviction. Happened 3 years ago. I was made an offer by a hospital and is now being asked to submit to a background check. I'm nervous I'll be denied employment based on my background. Any advice
