  2. Thank you so much for your reply. I guess the only option I have to get back to NICU is to move to a different state and gain some experience as you suggested. I don't know many people here. I do apply almost every day but it's hard to get a job in the hospital. I might have moved by now if I don't a little one. Well now I should consider moving to a different state. Thanks again.   3. Hello everyone, I have a diploma in nursing from India. I have worked in NICU for five years and med/surg for one year. I got my nclex here and worked in SNF for almost a year. Having been worked five years with babies I don't feel like working in any other dept. I like babies and wanted to continue working with babies. Now My question is how do I get back to NICU ? The programs I see are either or new grads or for nurses who has experiences in USA. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
