I'm creating the Weekend/Evening group right now :) I'm not sure if it will be as successfully as the traditional one since there are many more students in that program, but I'll create anyway and we can maybe be in both!

I believe it'll go to the email we used to complete/link to our nursingcas application.

I've imagined waiting until the first day we wear scrubs or our ceremony that announces we begin nursing school (I've heard some schools do white coat ceremonies- not sure if TWU does) and taking a picture/posting until then. It would make it even more official! ...but then I don't know if I can wait that long. I'll decide tonight once I know if I'm in or not!

More than likely we won't receive an email until about 5pm because that's the time the office can leave and not be bashed with phone calls from panicking students. Lol í ½í¸… I'm predicting anyway. Let's hope I'm wrong.

Mine has one too, but I don't think it means anything. I've also tried checking around my web advisor for "hints". *sigh*

Awesome! I'm off from work today, so naturally I'll be checking my emails every 5secs. I'm sure they're waiting on everyone who needs to respond back to administration about their apps this week. That means the earlier they get their responses in, the earlier we can know! THats probably why she said "as early as today, and most likely Wednesday" ... as soon as they get everyone's responses- it's as fast as ranking everyone and sending out emails! Whoooo

Well I'm a little discouraged bc I thought we'd be hearing back today. Let's hope we get an update at least to calm the nerves! Haha I'm actually at work right now but STILL checking my email constantly... whoever gets an email, please post so we can all attack our own emails' refresh button!

If I am hopefully admitted, I'd like to make a FB group so we can all share. I'm excited! This will be one loooong week.

Is anyone planning on holding a part-time or full time job while in school? If so, what kind of job? I'm currently working as a speech therapist, but it's a stressful job so I'm also applying to different places. (Mostly spas, salons, retail places) Thinking a relaxing job would be best! :)

Has anyone received their financial aid yet? I submitted mine early in October, but still haven't received my aid letter.
