  1. Good evening everyone, i attended an Lpn school here in Philly completed the program graduated September this year. my class was told that we needed to get a 70.7 on our ati predictor to pass the exit exam and to get Registered for state boards. I failed the exit exam 4 times. I passed on the 5th try with a 71.3 which states on my ati that I have a 91% chance of passing state boards. Well now the don has decided as of October 1st we need a 73.3 to pass with an additional 10points ! Yes the don wants us to get a 83.3 on the predictor in order to get registered for state boards. This is very frustrating and discouraging as I was told one thing and out of no where I'm being told something totally different. I was given 3 options by the don 1. Get the 73.3/83.3 2. Pay out of pocket for a 3rd party review and submit certification 3. Retake 5th term all over again see the problem is the don has registered a few of my other classmates with a 70.7 and when I bought this to her attention her response was o well the school is on provision and this is what I came up with to submit to the board so that the school can stay open. So now I'm mad as hell and feel like I basically wasted my time and is now out of 27,000 dollars. My question is have anyone gone through the same thing if not something similar or know of anyone who's gone through what I'm going through ? And if so what was your/their solution. And if you guys think I have good cause to contact a lawyer ?
