Hi Polo Goalie! I applied to their program the end of September and didn't hear back until the beginning of November. I think it takes a while for them to respond since there are so many applicants to review. I know they also repost/renew their new grad posts a couple of times to allow more people to apply. Hi Everyone, I passed my phone interview and the first round of interviews (with the hiring manager and nurse supervisor) for the maternity/nursery new grad residency program at Huntington (Pasadena, CA). I am now moving forward to the 2nd round of interviews that is with a panel of staff and the other candidates (yup, everyone will be in the room at the same time). I have never been this far in an interview process and am wondering if anyone has any advice/tips/insight on what types of questions will most likely be asked, what they are looking for, and how to stand out among fellow candidates. I want this so badly and really want to do well! I appreciate any words of wisdom/encouragement. Thanks! :)
