  1. I have heard several say, just get through the first year of nursing that is the worst and you'll hate nursing for at least a year. I understand that we don't learn everything in school we learn a small fraction so for that year we are probably struggling to get a grasp on things. What do you suggest as far as transitioning from a student to a new nurse? What do you know now that would of changed how you transitioned? Thanks!
  2. Dayshift and nightshift present with several pro's and con's but what if your advice for a student who is offered both shifts? Which would you pick as a new nurse and why?
