  1. Well I submitted a complaint to the DCA. I will let you know if it helps anything!
  2. I looked around the DCA website and found they do oversee the BON. Here is the link: Boards/Bureaus - California Department of Consumer Affairs
  3. I have been calling them once a week on average for the last couple of months. The people who answer the phones are never very helpful. I have tried to speak to supervisors, but they just send you straight to voicemail and never call back. I think I am going to submit a complaint to the department of consumer affairs, I am just not sure if that is the right place. I just want to make sure I contact the right agency and I am not sure who oversees the BON.
  4. Hello, I am a recent FNP graduate in California. I have been waiting 10 weeks for my license. It took 9 weeks for them to tell me they were missing a document and now say I have to wait 4 weeks for them to process this. I am also honorably discharged military and their website says they are obligated to expedite my application. Their processing times shows that they are now working on applications received a month after mine, so my application was obviously not expedited. I have a job offer that I may lose soon and my loans have come due. What is the process of making a complaint against the BON? Does it make any difference? Thank you for any advice!
