I have been calling them once a week on average for the last couple of months. The people who answer the phones are never very helpful. I have tried to speak to supervisors, but they just send you straight to voicemail and never call back. I think I am going to submit a complaint to the department of consumer affairs, I am just not sure if that is the right place. I just want to make sure I contact the right agency and I am not sure who oversees the BON.
