  1. Thanks so much for your feedback and helping calm my nerves! I got the first dose yesterday, and I'm going to go in person to talk to the school tomorrow.
  2. Hey all, I was accepted into a 2 year BSN program that starts in January and have been in the process of fulfilling all of my clinical clearance materials (information I received a month ago). However, I just got my Hep B Surface AB results back and it shows that I'm not immune to Hep B, probably because the last time I completed the series was back in 1994. I'm just worried now because I was told I need to restart the entire series and I know it takes about 6 months for all 3 doses to be administered. My clinical starts in March, but Clinical Clearance is due in a couple of weeks, and by the time clinical starts, I'll only have 2 doses administered. I'm worried that my school won't let me start clinical and I'll be pushed back a semester or, worse, dropped from the program. Any insight on this matter would be really greatly appreciated! Thank you!
  3. Hey Everyone! I've been trying to find a group specifically for the Spring 2017 semester at LIU Brooklyn to connect with fellow classmates, or to get insight from those who are already part of the program or finished the program. I'm excited to say that I will be starting at LIU in January for the clinical phase of nursing! Just a couple of questions: 1. Anyone hear anything about when orientation will be? 2. I know our clinicals don't start until March, but does anyone know if its assigned clinical or if it works by first come first serve basis? I look forward to hearing back from you all, and for those still applying to programs/waiting to hear back, I wish you all the best of luck! :)
