I'm a 19 year old and in my second semester of a 5 year nursing program. Lately I often think about quitting school, but I feel really conflicted about it, on one side, I really like the nursing field, I find it exciting and I often ''fall in love with it'' for different reasons, but the theorical classes of chemistry and such, make it incredibly hard for me to keep loving it, even when I am able to keep decent grades in all of them, I just don't wanna have to deal with them anymore. I really often think about becoming what here's called a ''nurse technician'' but is most known as CNA, just because I feel everything theoric would be easier and getting out of that would be easy as pie while still having a job after, that'd still be on the health field (that I've loved and felt attracted to most of my life), all while thinking, I can do better, that I don't wanna just repeat processes and I wanna UNDERSTAND what I'm doing and why, so basically, I'm just a mess. And my love for singing and music, just makes me more confused, as I sometimes feel I'd feel happier in there, but who knows. In advance, thanks to anyone who takes the time to reply C: a very confused nurse baby
