Thank you so much gizahon, i am working on it now. I just want to know if i could still use the old application form to do retake which i have to pay for $150, i got that application form 2 years ago right after i fail my first attempt or do i have to start over again? Thanks again.

Hello allnurses experts, i am seeking your help, i graduated feb 2014 and took first test on sept 2014 and failed. Took a 2 years break due to health issue but im feeling better now and i think its the time for me to continue my dream. Id like to know if i can still retake my nclex pn after 2 years of inactive. I still have the yellow form they mailed me for retake. Can i still use it? Or do i have start over with all the applications? I tried calling BON but no luck . Need a help from any of u plz. I really appreciate it.Tyvm
