Hello RNbri: I'm interested in this Fellowship with Northwell, they just posted another position and I applied; wanted to ask you how long until they contact you?, how was the application & interview process? Also did they said when in January does the fellowship starts? Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

Hey "efmp1987" Don't be so hard on your self, YES this test is important but it does not determine the capable nurse you are, I took the test on December 2, I did not felt nervous at all before the exam, nervous came after I took the test because I felt I failed but looking now at the questions I got they wasn't super hard questions just basic infection control or pt teaching. So whatever happens just be calm and keep going forward. Good Luck. BTW did you did the pv trick?

Its a book with more than 300 questions on PDA, I used it and did some chapters but I personally recommend tou just to use UWorld, they have tons of PDA questions and you really get the way of answering those questions.

Hey PaolaBSN I'm also from PR, took my nclex on December 2, got to 75 questions, I felt horrible during the test and thought I failed, found out on December 4 that I pass my nclex and yesterday they postex my license # on the NY BON. For studying I used UWorld, their rationales where easy and they have tons of questions for you to practice, I did at least 1300 with an overall of 57%. Tip- Do NOT get nervous about your overall score, you know more than you think. PS- Where you from in PR and where you graduated? Feel free to private message me if you don't want to post here.

Hello, I tested on December 2, got the good pop up everyday, my quick results where available on December 4, found out I Pass and my license # was added to the NY BON on Decermber 6. Congratulations everyone:)

Congratulations to you too 'Nicole' I took mine on December 2, found out I pass with the quick results on Sunday; so now we wait until they post our info in the BON website. I'm so happy I can't wait to have the license in my hands, I think that would be several weeks lol! But for now I just want to see my name in that website lol.

Thanks for your replay 'JustBeachyNurse'; however I will call the BON of Puerto Rico and ask about it. I remember I once as a student call and ask them, and they said 'yes' that I could do it. In fact they actually email me the application to do so, but I was a student at that point. Now I'm officially an RN in the state of NY and can start to make the corresponding process. Hello, maybe you can help me. I'm currently in the process of getting my NYC RN license by taking the NCLEX in December. I have plans in the future to maybe move to the US, but before I do that I want to have some experience working here in Puerto Rico as an RN. I want to know, after I PASS my NCLEX-RN and get my NY RN license, how can I endorse my licence and work in Puerto Rico with my US license and have in mind that I do not have a PR RN license. Thanks for the help!!
