  1. Hi, I'm a new grad and received my license in September. It has been a constant struggle to get my foot in the door. Unfortunately I didn't participate in any extracurricular activities, internships, or community service. I know this dramatically decreases my chances of getting in the hospitals but I'm willing to do what it takes to make it happen. so far I have gotten my BLS, ACLS, and stated working as a school nurse to improve my chances. If you have any advise or tips on how I can better my chances pleases feel free to comment. I will also past my resume. Thank you in advance.
