Has anyone on the waiting list heard yet?

I actually prefer the Gainesville location since my husband and I currently live here. Maybe you and I could talk to Mr. Wynn and ask him to swap us ! So at this point, either way we have to move. Orlando is closer to our families and it makes more sense for us financially. UF is obviously a great school so that is a pull. I need to make the decision soon but it is definitely hard. I think in the end it is important to remember we are going to get a great education and be nurses by the end of next year! So either way, its a win win!

thank you so much for your input! I really appreciate it. My brother goes to UF so obviously I have that pressure to go there. But other than that nothing draws me except the name. I will continue to ask around to see what I hear!

How do you know it's the best though? I have been trying to do my research and UCF has better NCLEX passing rates for the accelerated program than does UF. UNF also has better passing rates for the NCLEX than does UF. I know UF has a great "name" and I don't doubt that they have a great program but I can't figure out what literally makes them the best. Any help on that would be appreciated.

I got in as well! Must decide between UF jax and UCF. Those in the same situation - how are you making the decision?

Did you select only Gainesville campus on your application? I selected no preference so I would have a better chance of getting in. I got Jacksonville. Which is a blessing either way! But my husband has gotten a really good job here in Gainesville where we already live. So going to Jacksonville will be a pretty big sacrifice. I'm wondering if there's any way to switch campuses after they are going to be getting RSVPs.

So I figured out that last years class found out on the 14th business day of February. Today is the 14th day of February. Is today the day?! Are they there on presidents day?

Has anyone heard from Mr. Wynn about a more specific decision date?
