Hi all, I was 12th on the waitlist, and I got an offer on Friday. Yay!! I'm not sure how many people will give up their spot, but good luck to anyone who's still waiting to hear from them!

Those of you who are on the waitlist, Are you guys sending immunization form and background check etc to UW by April 14th? Or are we suppose to wait until we are actually accepted to the program? I am trying to get hold of admission staffs and I couldn't. Thanks!

I am 12th on the waitlist, and Adrian (Admissions staff) said that I am now 9th. I guess three people dropped it so far. She also said that there might be more movement in April once BSN notifications go out.

Hey all, Sorry for joining this thread so late, but I applied to OHSU ABSN program (Portland Campus), and I got an interview invitation email on Feb.6th. It said " On behalf of the faculty at the Portland Campus, I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected to interview....." and it had an assigned interview date, time and group. I am invited to the interview in March 2nd, at 1pm. They also asked to reply with interview acceptance email by Feb.11th, so they might call or email to whoever did not get the invitation yet.. But I would recommend to call them and find out. Good luck everyone!

Hi cl93, I am still on the waitlist but I can tell you little bit of my background. I have worked as a CNA for almost three years.(full time now but I used to work part time when I was in school) I got my letter of recommendation from RN who I've known for two years. I used to volunteered at a local hospital for 6months and volunteered here and there at local organizations. I have 3.7 overall GPA which isn't too high.

I'm 12 on the waitlist.. I should start writing an admission essay to UW soon. I wish we can all get in!

I just got an email from UW. I'm on the waitlist too! How many are in waitlist??

I'm confused becuase I thought they would call to let me know even if I don't get in. I might call them around 5pm..
