  1. So, my question regards a postpartum patient who is part of an essay I'm writing for school. I'm a bit rusty with GTPAL categorizing, and I would appreciate any feedback. While I was caring for this patient, I read her chart and found out that this a gravida 3 mother. Her first pregnancy ended in abortion/miscarriage at 12 weeks, the second pregnancy resulted in fetal death at 34 weeks, and in her third pregnancy (this one) she delivered a healthy baby at 37 weeks 4 days. How would that look in GTPAL format?
