Does anybody remember the schedule they showed us at our interview(presumably starting after residency)? I took a picture of it but lost it! Its like Mon-Thursday one week and then Friday-Sunday the next right?

P.s. on the contract it says we start Feb 9th which is a Thursday. At the interview they said the Feb 6th which is a Monday so that makes more sense to me. Maybe the first few days are orientation that is not apart of our contract?

I just got mine today, they messed my email address up lol. Yes we will receive RN 1 pay, which last I heard is around $28/hr (before shift/weekend differential). Gah I'm so ready to start!

Sorry i have not posted! I called Veronica and she had totally forgot to send me the paperwork for the background check and employer history lol. So thank you Savannah for the heads up. I scheduled my employee health appointment as well. If anyone hasn't heard from her just give her a call, shes drowning in paperwork and may just not have gotten to you yet.

Hey Savannah! I have not talked to her about scheduling the employee health appointment, nor did I know we needed to. I haven't received any information after I accepted my offer. Do we need it scheduled before a certain date? Thanks for the info!

It seems like every residency class has had a thread on here except for ours so I figured I would make a thread for those accepted into Parklands ER residency for Feb 2017! For those that have accepted the offer, does anyone know when we get the actual contract for the job? I have only accepted the offer on my parkland profile.

I got there 30 minutes earlier than intended but they took me in right away and was there for 45 minutes. There were 7 people but they were all really nice and have a good sense of humor. They said we should hear from them by the end of this week. I received a tour of the ER as well.

My interview was Thursday and my profile status changed to "offer in progress." The interview went really well so I am just putting good vibes out there that it means I will be getting an offer! Good luck to everybody! I will post as soon as I hear something for sure.
