    I am currently an LPN working with a Home Health & Hospice agency. I graduate in my RN program in 2 months. I precepted in the OR and love it there. They have asked me to apply. I want to work in the OR, but worry about leaving what I KNOW for what I don't know so well. If I apply, when is a good time to let my current HHH employer know I am considering a new job?
