    Hi, I will be graduating from an out-of-state accelerated BSN program in the coming months and moving to South Florida soon after. Since I haven't had any clinicals in the area, I am looking for information on the best hospitals for new grads in the Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach areas. I have done some research and am considering Baptist's new grad residency program, but was wondering if there are any other hospitals in the area that are new grad-friendly and give good orientation/training if they don't offer a residency. I could always start as a PCA when I get down there to get a feel for a particular hospital's environment, but since I will be an RN by that point, I would prefer being hired for nursing. Thank you in advance for any opinions or tips!
