thanks for replying. I talked to my school and pearson vue. they figured it out for me. all PN in canada use the same code: CA99F00000. I was not able to do it online by myself because same error message would pop up. I called in to register finally. best luck to everyone who is interested in the PN test. :-)

I am a registered practical nurse who graduated from practical nursing program in Ontario, Canada and want to take nclex pn test for New york state license. when I registered online for the nclex-PN test,I could not find the program code for my college, Seneca college. there are codes for canadian universities RN, but not college PN program code.The only code for canadian college PN program I found was CA99F00000.however when I enter the code, a error message shows " an answer is required". New york state nursing board approve my education. but either the new york nursing board or NCSBN are not able to help me with the program code. I am not able to register for the Nclex PN test just because nobody knows the program code for Canadian college. I hope someone here can shed light on my question. Please help. a lot of thanks.
