Try sending NMC an e-mail regarding your concern. Normally, it takes 12 days from the day of receipt for the documents to be scanned and reflected in your NMC Portal.

You should directly ask your agency or employer if they have filed it already.

I think it is better to include your present job if it is nursing related. I think you cannot make updates or changes if you are already in the assessment queue. You may e-mail the NMC if you wish. i am not really sure about this.

The date when you're referee formed were accomplished or signed by your referee. That is what I did because I was still employed when I accomplished the form. for the school requirement, bring the barcoded form (your school already knows how to fill that up) they will provided attachment such as your TOR, RLE Record and Training Hours. You might also need to request for your Diploma if you do not have one. You might also need to secure your elementary and secondary diploma for your visa appointment. I hope this helps. - Marion

Check the size of the files you are uploading.

I only used the envelope provided by my courier when I sent my documents. Although, my school and employer has provided me envelopes with dry seal. I think you just have to be very sure that you are sending it using the correct address.
