  1. Thank you so much for the links and support. I hope it pans out. It's slightly discouraging that I moved across the country to go to a great program and to get clinical experience in what is supposed to be the best children's hosp. Turns out that the hosp. isn't really using NP's in the PICU anymore; at least not in any roles that can be used as a preceptorship for students. Oh well.
  2. Hi Everyone, I am currently in a Pediatric Critical Care NP program but am now getting nervous about job prospects. It seems like hospitals may not be as ready for this role in many areas as I originally thought. Does anyone have any insight or advice? THANK YOU SO MUCH! Jen
