  1. You can’t do PNP-AC as prespecialty. It requires 1 year experience in a critical care setting or 2 years in acute care.
  2. I did not call the main admissions line — I called the admissions coordinator directly.

  4. Yesterday, I was told they would most likely be going out by today.
  5. I met with admissions & toured the {new} Vandy SON around Thanksgiving. I was able to meet with the director of admissions and program coordinators and ask whatever questions I had/them to look over my application in person. I suggest just emailing them to set something up!
  6. It will all be listed as a status update within your portal.
  7. I think it will always say “Submitted”. What will change is when you actually open your application, there will be a section right at the top that will say “Status Update” “An update to your application was last posted (insert date)” and then you click to open.
  8. Oh, nice! My Dad's family lives in Nashville so it's still close to home for me. I'm at Texas Children's in Houston.
