    HI, I am a new grad RN looking to relocate from NY to AZ. I have been an LPN for 7yrs, and recently completed my ASN, currently enrolled in RN to BSN online. I have been trying to research as much as I can before starting the arduous process of moving cross country. I have a few questions, if anyone can help... 1) What is the average pay rate for a new RN? 2) Are they hiring new grads? 3)Suggestions for areas to live? 4) Social scene/nightlife in AZ? (I'm 34)
