  1. Did you end up enrolling? I'm moving to Florida next month and am thinking of enrolling for the CNA program.

Hi there! I'm moving to Melbourne with my husband at the end of October and am wondering the pros and cons of pursuing my ADN vs my BSN. I am planning on enrolling in a CNA program to start with so that I can hopefully start working in a hospital getting experience ASAP, but I'm really curious what the job market is like for nurses with an ADN, but no BSN? Most of the job postings require graduating from an accredited ADN program, but say BSN preferred. I have a BA in Spanish so in order to pursue my BSN I'm looking at about another year of pursuing pre-requisites before applying to get my BSN. If I do the ADN first, I'd still want to get my BSN because I'd eventually like to become a nurse practitioner or certified nurse midwife. I'm just wondering if it's worth the cost to get an ADN, then a BSN or if I should just save money and wait until I can get my BSN. Thanks in advance!
  3. Thank you!

Hi there! I'm currently in the process of starting a program to become a CNA with the intention of working while getting my BSN. I ultimately would like to be a NICU RN and was wondering if you nurses could offer advice or tips on what I should focus on throughout my nursing journey. What's the best way to try and reach that goal? Thanks in advance!
