I took the NCLEX PN yesterday and this morning, my state BON website updated my info with a license number! I used a lot of information I found in this site. A lot of which I never heard in school. I want to thank Allnurses and it's members for being a great resource. I finished PN program June '15. I failed NCLEX November '15 with 205 questions. This time I passed with 85 in an hour and a half. This time, I studied. A lot. My 2 cents: -Exam Cram PN book -Mosby Comprehensive PN review book -the Saunders CD with 3500 questions -text book if I needed more in depth -lab values and electrolyte flash cards. -and a PDF I found on the site, it was for RN, but was really good. It was 35 pages long. I don't know who made it, but appreciated it very much. The spiderman, mrswee, mtv mnumonics helped tremendously. and Gown the Gloves, then Google the Mask. I had a lot of SATA, priority, ecgs, and lots of meds. Some meds I never heard of. A few isolation. No math. Thanks again a everyone on this site. Ps, PVT gave me the "good" message.
