  1. I need help with an anatomy case study. I nned to find a diagnosis and treatment for the disorder. The patient is a 30 year old female with flu like symptoms with fatigue, afternoon fever, night sweats, weight loss, abdominal cramping and significant diarrhea. She had taken in very little water over the few days prior to admission to the hospital. Blood tests revealed the following: Hematocrit: 56% Leukocytes: 1,000/ cu mm Serum Potassium: 3.2 mEq/L CD4 T-cell count: I also need to know what caused the hematocrit abnormality and what the hypokalemia does to the heart. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! I will take anything you can give me.

The hematocrit reversed itself after fluids were given and then she became anemic. I need a diagnosis and treatment for the disorder
