  1. Licensure advice with misdemeanor

    Hello, I am seeking advice regarding becoming licensed as a RN with two marijuana misdemeanor marijuana possession charges on my record from 2013. I am going to finish school in California in 6 weeks but after speaking with lawyers in California they have told me that it is near to impossible to get licensed in a timely manner without restrictions here. I have spoke with a couple lawyers in Colorado, which seems like it may be more likely out there but I want to know all my options. Can anyone recommend or share personal experiences they have had in other states with the BRN that may be useful in guiding me on where to turn next to have a fair shot of being licensed.
