    Hi all, I just wasnt to ask, maybe soembody can help me or at least give some idea. I had 3rd year nursing for BSN program (1994-1997) in the Philippines. Currently, I am an LVN in Calif. Can I apply for RN exam? Thank You

    I completed only 3rd year and migrated here (USA) I applied to take VN nclex exam which granted me to take the test using the education that I had during that time.
