  1. I added myself to the facebook page. Can't wait to start this journey with you guys!
  2. I checked myDegree Path today and I got in!!!!! My major is officially nursing!!! I'm so glad the anticipation is over lol
  3. Dellrich89 did you receive an email telling you about your major change on My Degree Path or you just logged on and checked?
  4. Congrats Dellrich89!!!! Hopefully we'll all be classmates (:
  5. I talked to the counselor today and I made a 77! That leaves me at 8 points. Now it's just a waiting game
  6. Oh ok! I took mine today and got a 74 overall. I'm meeting with the counselor on Friday. My worst section was science. I hope they don't count it against me!
  7. That was your score after you talked to the counselor?
  8. Dellrich89 congrats on your score! I'm hoping for good results on my test. How did they factor in your grade for the science section if you don't mind me asking?
  9. Yessss me too! lol good luck to both of us!
  10. All I know is we get a "raw" score as soon as we finish the exam. Then we have to go talk to a counselor so they can give us our Composite score. I'm going straight on over after I finish my test!
  11. JourneyToCRNA Same here! I'm ready to stop anticipating my scores lol
  12. Just received my test date. I take my exam January 18 @9am. I am super nervous! Anyone else get their date?
  13. How did you do for the fall semester?
  14. No I am waiting for my test date as well! It will probably come within the next week or so.
  15. I'm praying for all A's at the end of the semester. That will leave me at 6 points. So I just have to focus on the test! I've been studying since the beginning of the semester. I am waiting for my final grades to post as well before I send in my app!
  16. I think what LPN2RN18 SHOULD have said was that you have to have a C or better in your sciences but if you have a B or better, it will make your GPA higher whichs makes you more competitive. The information that you posted HopefulRN2CRNA is 100% correct. I attended the information session on October 3rd. I'm super excited about applying but nervous about the Kaplan test. I have the book and have been studying in between my other studies throughout the whole semester. If you don't have the book, GET IT! It has a lot of helpful information, gives great explanations, comes with 2 full practice exams, and only costs $25 at CCP bookstore. Has anybody sent in their app yet and received a letter back with the test date?
  17. I am not quite sure how that works. I guess they look at your science raw score then see whether you've taken A&P II yet. I heard the science part was the hardest. í ½í¸© Did you turn in your application already?
  18. Hey Teddanson! I am sending my application in at the end of the semester since I am a first time student. I placed in ENGL 101 and MATH 161. I have high school Chemistry and I took Bio 106 in the summer. I need 12 credits to apply and I will have them at the end of the semester. Have you submitted your application?
  19. Hey yukito88! I plan on enrolling for the nursing program fall 2017 at CCP as well. I'm super nervous but super ready! Hopefully we will be classmates :)
  20. Hey everyone! I'm planning on applying for CCP's nursing program starting Fall 2017. Is there anybody else who's also applying this year? And for those who applied already, how does their point system work when it comes to picking who gets accepted?
