For past students, do classes/clinics follow the UF academic calendar? For example, do we get the 4-day thanksgiving holiday? Just trying to make travel and vacation plans now. Are there many clinics in evenings or on weekends? Did you all get a job before actually graduating? What is the starting pay where you work? Thanks :)

I got into Gainesville! My second year applying and I'm thrilled. For those who were not successful, my thoughts are with you. I was beyond devastated last year. If this is something you really want to pursue, please don't give up.

Any older applicants? Also does anyone know how many were invited to take the online assessment? The email had about 280 people on it but someone suggested it was sent out in batches.

Yeah he's not answering his phone. I'm getting frustrated. How hard can it be to send email?

Well compared to everyone else my GPA is bare minimum. So this thread isn't making me feel any better. On the other hand, I have a masters and 14 peer reviewed publications but I suspect they won't find that particularly relevant. Only three more working days until we all know.

Yeah I'm disappointed we don't hear earlier than they did last year since the application deadline was moved up by two weeks. Every day I wait.... Lol

I tried asking Kenneth Wynn about the stats (how many applied this year) and he said it was confidential.

Are you guys filling out the experience, certifications and awards or whatever the third item was in nursing CAS or just giving them your CV?

Did everyone send official transcripts into CAS? I didn't realize we had to since we sent them to UF as part of our postbac. I'm ordering them tonight and worried they won't make it by Dec 1st. Anyone in the same boat?
