  2. Thanks for the advice! I have been applying everywhere for a CNA position. Hopefully, I will find one soon! It's been very difficult to obtain without any medical experience.
  3. Thanks for the info! I have not graduated from my ADN program yet, I will next August. I definitely plan on going straight into an RN-BSN program, but was curious about getting a job prior or while in the bridge program. Do you or anyone else know if getting a position as a CNA first helps with chances of getting a RN position and/or higher pay due to having some experience in the field?
  4. Hi there, I wondering if some people could tell me the current starting pay for new grad RNs in Baltimore region hospitals. Also, I am hearing more and more about hospitals not hiring RNs with just an ADN, like Franklin Square. Does anyone know if there are exceptions to that? Such as being enrolled or planning to enroll in a RN-BSN program?
