  1. I am glad I am not the only one who feels burnt out with HH. I have no energy and work constantly. All I do is SOC. I am supposed to complete 2 SOC in one 8 hour shift. I love seeing the patient but working on the charting for hours is not for me. I miss having a job to do, going there and then coming home and leaving the work there. I thought I would love it. I've been doing it over a year and have not had a raise. I feel like I am slower than others. I have tried different things like spending more time in the office or working more from home. I have been a nurse for 15 years and this has got me wooped! I am currently looking for a new job and I am very glad about this decision. HH is not for everyone and I wouldn't know until I tried it.
