    I graduated with my BSN December 2015 and started with a hospital in the StaRN residency program for new grads. The StaRN program made me sign a 2 year contract with a large payback if I left before 2 years. I have officially been worth the hospital since May of this year (90 days) and I've really loathed going to work for the facility and the unit I was assigned to. Yes assigned. I was not given a choice of units to apply to. I was recently offered a position at a different hospital in the specialty that I want, but I'm concerned about the payback. Has anyone left this program before 2 years and had to pay?
