1. Nope...they don't release that information unless you already have an interview scheduled. That's what HR told me and when I googled the info was nowhere to be found online. I asked a friend of mine who works there to put in a good word for me, and I got a call from the hospital! I guess you just have to know someone.
2. I called them, and they told me they don't give out the names of managers until you are approved for an interview. And when I asked for a recruiter they didn't know what I was talking about.... Not sure what to do now! They could only tell me that my application was still "pending" and hadn't been read yet.
3. I recently applied for some nurse assistant positions at Rush, and everybody keeps telling me to call and follow up. I've heard I should call either the manager of the floor I applied to, or the nurse recruiter. The problem is I can't find the contact info for either of these people anywhere online. So first, who do I call? Second, if I do reach someone, what do I say? Something like... "Hello, I recently applied for this position. I'm very interested in the position and would like to ask you a few questions about it, as well as ask if you need any more information from me." What kinds of questions should I ask about the position? Thanks!
