    Thanks for your responses! I just got hired with Vancouver Coastal Health, and I got that job by contacting the manager of the unit directly, not through online applications. My advice for any new grads looking for a position - don't rely on online applications, as they got me nowhere. Call, email, or drop off your resume in person!

I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on applying with Fraser Health and Vancouver Coastal Health. Did you hear anything back from online applications, or did you apply in person? I'd appreciate any tips/success stories.
