  1. Hi ErnBlz, I can't comment about other local agencies in Columbia MO but I have worked for pulse medical staffing for the last 10 months as a LPN. Before that I worked for a staffing company out of Springfield MO (wasn't really that good but they gave me a job when I needed one) Pulse medical staffing, I really enjoy working for them: no mandatory min shifts/month no max shifts per pay period (one week I worked 72 hrs and loved the check the next week) Mileage The CEO of the company is a Nurse and worked as a traveler, he actually cares about his employees. The scheduler person is a hoot, picking up shifts is very easy all done through email and no stress at all. Free company jacket/t-shirt Company cars so you don't have to drive your own car. And the best part, you get treated like an adult and the boss man will have your back. anyways, hope ya become one of the team, btw the Christmas parties are awesome. -ChocoLpn
