I have to do an interview for a class at a healthcare organization and address the following questions. I'd really appreciate it if someone that deals with risk management would help me out. 1. Identify the challenges your organization faces in controlling infectious disease? 2. What are some risk management strategies used in the organizations infection control program, and what are some examples? 3. What are policies your facility has implemented to address managing emergency triage in high risk areas of health care service delivery? 4. How does the facilities educational risk management program address key professional issues, such as preventing negligence, malpractice litigation and vicarious liability? 5. What strategies does your facility utilize to monitor and maintain its risk management program? 6. What works well and what could be better? 7. What facility do you work for? Do we have to take the hesi to be accepted? No one has told me that I needed to take it. I took it years ago. I'm on provisional status and my advisor said I'll know what classes I need to take a few weeks into my first class. I would like to know now because I'm also thinking about GCU.
