  1. Hi rassel! Congrats! How long did you wait for the visa?
  2. Check your DM. I gave you my viber contact. Cheer up! This too shall pass.
  3. Hello. To update everyone, I got my result today and I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for my DL due to my location (Ireland to Philippines). March 13, 2017: last requirement was received ny NMBI March 29, 2017: undergone "Assessment" phase April 4, 2017: Further Information Required (although on this, they didn't ask me for anything. A friend told me that maybe it was a system glitch. Tbh, I didn't panic but as an anxious person I was worried. Thanks Buknit!) April 6, 2017: Decision pending, waiting for DL I passed my overseas registration form to NMBI last December 30, 2016 and it only took me 3 months to achieve the decision letter. I did it, you can also do it for sure. Pray and have patience. Also, be persistent in getting an update from NMBI.
  4. HI Vera! I'm from the Philippines and I've heard of NurseIreland or CPL. Try to search for their websites, that might help you. Both agencies are based in Ireland. However when it comes to your NMBI process, there's no really effect if you have an agency or not to speed up your papers' process. I processed om the own and I got my result 3 months after. I hope yours will do well.
  5. Hi! This is really sad. I'll PM you my viber number and I'll add you. What's your area? I have 4 years of experience in MedSurg and my SVUH's interview went really well. I guess you just have to answer their questions like you really know what you are doing. We'll add you in viber for support system :)
  6. Buknit and I are on the same viber group. I sent you a PM, just check it cos I left my viber contact so you could talk to everyone who is undergoing the application.
  7. SVUH receives adaptees. Most probably it'll be a direct hire procedure however I've seen in the news that poea/dole is going strict when it comes to direct hire scheme. I'm not thinking about it yet for I'm still waiting for my DL. Saint Vincent's Univ Hosp is under DATHS, if you're aware of it. And Ch*sh*m and CPL are partnered agencies of DATHS. I replied on your email btw :)
  8. I'm so happy for you! Yours is the fastest
  9. Wow congrats!! When did you receive your DL and how long did you wait for it?
  10. Wow what app was that? I use Skype lol
  11. Based on experience, aside from waiting it really helps if we call nmbi or we initiate to find our packs and requirements. Have a contact with your local post office.. NMBI is only sending regular post so it has no tracking number. :)
  12. I do actually have an employer. Luckily, I have an offer from St. Vincent University Hospital, and we're just waiting for my DL. I do also have a pending offer here from a local agency under DATHS. My next step now depends on my result of my application. Based on my former head nurse, NMBI only verifies if my background is true. Just the basic, he said; such as length of stay and performance. That's the only information he divulge. I didn't receive my NMBI in time. The pack arrived in my post office January 16 and they didn't immediately send it. It took me a month because I thought they will deliver it. After a month of waiting (Feb 16) that's when I decided to go to the post office and seek for it. Also, looking at other people's NMBI timeline eases my anxiety so I'm sharing mine like Buknit. Thank you :)
  13. I agree with Buknit but I think PDNs, school nurse exp., etc. are credited as long as you are able to validate those experience. You must provide a reliable source that NMBI can check with. :)
  14. Hi. I haven't been here for a while, but might as well share my timeline December 31, 2016 - I sent my registration form overseas January 4, 2017 - NMBI received my registration form January 11, 2017 - NMBI credited the 350 euros to my bank January 16, 2017 - My application pack arrived in the Philippines (At this time, I didn't immediately able to gather the pack due to our post office's incompetent service. I went back and forth just to get my pack) February 16, 2017 - I officially have my application pack (NMBI immediately sends our application pack right after they credit the fee) For weeks I've been requesting the needed documents left and right February 22, 2017 - Application pack received by NMBI (Photograph, Passport/Birth/IELTS were reflected; I included Name Change Docs as it was initially in the list of reqs however when it comes to my tracker Name Change Doc isn't reflected. NMBI said they received it but they don't need it on my case) February 27, 2017 - Verification/CCPS received by NMBI (I also had an issue with NMBI regarding my PRC CCPS. For a week, they were adamant for a separate good standing form from PRC but then I also respone strongly but nicely that a good standing form is already included in my CCPS form. When I called the next week, they already agree that there is no need for me to send another Good Standing) March 1, 2017 - Employer's Reference received by NMBI (On employer's reference, I have 4 years experience in nursing from March 2012-May 2016. By the time I sent my registration form to NMBI I was in a 4 month employment in BPO and so I decided not to mention anything about it. However, NMBI keep asking what I did from May 2016 until today. Hereon, I insist that I am not employed. I keep sending daily e-mail about it that they've been asking for a nonexistent event in my life) [They received my Employers Ref on March 1 but they had only called the institution after 20 days, March 20] March 13, 2017 - School Transcript March 29, 2017 - Status changed to ASSESSMENT from Review Pending Yes, they really verify to the appropriate authorities. There are delays but they really double check. All in all, after they received last the requirement, it only took 2 weeks for me to reach the Assessment phase. I am still about to wait for the DL which I hope would only take weeks rather than months. My entire application ranges from December 2016 to March 2017; and I am now on the waiting phase for my DL. I hope everyone is doing okay. It takes a lot of money and time but let us stay strong.
  15. oh my god. You're a heaven sent.
  16. Whoever experienced letting DHL Morayta and PRC Morayta to collaborate and directly send your CCPS and Good Standing? Is it successful? I am extremely mad and disappointed. I called NMBI today and learned that PRC Morayta didn't include my Good Standing. They had sent my CCPS form without my Good Standing which was paid already. This is the only thing I asked from PRC and they really let me down. I paid almost 250 pesos for 2 copies of GS with stamps and suddenly the line I've been through has been gone to waste!!! To everyone who will request and is waiting to claim your Good Standing and CCPS MUST double check and triple check if they completely include the necessary requirements. Do not trust PRC if they tell you everything is alright. I will yet again shed another 2,500 just to send these 2 page document. On top of that, my waiting time is being extended. ALWAYS ASK NMBI FOR AN UPDATE IN YOUR REGISTRATION.
  17. It'll also help if you call NMBI to get an update. Skype has its free 1 month unli call to Ireland, and I'm using that promo. It helps a lot. :)
  18. Hello! Just like you, I've been doing this NMBI application alone. So far NMBI is being honest when they say they will send the pack right after they deduct the 350 euros. Your main problem would be your local post office. Based on my history. NMBI sent my pack Jan 4 and it reached the Philippines around January 16. HOWEVER my local post office is not doing their job so it took me over a month to retrieve my package. I went to the main receiving office in Pasay via PHLPOST but they will tell you that they cant monitor the package because ours are sent via free post which doesnt have any tracking number. I ran back and forth just to retrieve mine. To immediately receive the package, your address should be correct and your local post office should be informed so they can immediately send it to you. I understand what you feel and even though most of us here have started the application we are still anxious LOL. I think it'll help if we give NMBI a time allowance of 1 month so we wouldnt all get crazy (cos I am going crazy) ha ha! Let us hope for the best :)
  19. Oh, okay. I was wondering why there's no grad programme section on my tracker, which I dont really have at all.
  20. Congrats! Regarding your grad programme? Do you really have an MS/MAN degree? :)
  21. They have updated my ielts but not my name change docs. Are they the same?
  22. Thank you. I include that together with my Section 1 but still they put Outstanding on that document. Does it ever happen to you by any chance?
  23. I feel the same way. Did NMBI update your Section 1 and Name change docs all at once?
  24. I just checked my documents today. As of March 6, 2017 6:17 PM GMT, they had updated my tracking application, leaving out my Name Change Docs, CCPS, Employer's and Transcript Outstanding. I'm still kind of anxious because I'm not sure of Name Change docs. Is it the one with our names in different forms? Because if it is, I included that in my Section 1. Also, my CCPS and Employers were already received last Feb 27 and March 2, respectively, but they hadn't still reflected that one. Hoping for all of my documents are safe.
  25. Aww i was looking that group eversince but I cant find it in FB
