Sorry to hear that! Try to find out from the program regarding waitlist invitations. I found joining the FB group CRNA prep academy very helpful, and also if you really don't hear anything from FGCu maybe asking them what you can do to boost your application. Best of luck to you!

Im pretty sure they would say it is not recommended. Almost all programs vote against this. There are very very few people who managed to work, and survived. Most failed.

Thats great if they announce pretty fast.. The agony of waitinf won't be so long. I interview on the last day (that was my only available day). I hope that doesnt affect my chance of getting in ? good luck to everyone!! It's so competitive!

I agree, I found the open house so encouraging. Good luck on the interviews! I wonder how many they're interviewing and when they release the results. This school is my first choice so I would really love to get in.

Really?! I got an email from FGCU which seemed that they won't start reviewing applications and sending out interview invites until oct 15.. I must have misunderstood it then.

Deadline is sept 15.. so I think theyll start sending out stuff after that date.

I hope everyone gets an interview. I was looking at the previous FGCU allnurses threads and it seems like they send out interview invites after the deadline.
