  1. Hi! I am a new grad ADN-RN with a Bachelors Degree in an unrelated health field. I Recently passed my boards and am actively looking for a NEW GRAD L&D position! Currently speaking with recruiters for L&D and HOAG, If offered an interview I want to be ready! ANY ADVICE FOR L&D INTERVIEWS? WHAT HOURLY PAY CAN BE EXPECTED FOR A NEW GRAD RN IN L&D SPECIALTY? Recommendations for other upcoming new grad programs for any floor for Orange County. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
  2. While waiting to get accepted into an RN program, I completed my BS in health Science from Cal State Fullerton. In May 2016, I completed my nursing program which was ADN-RN. I am awaiting approval to take NCLEX. I am looking for a good, affordable ONLINE BSN program, that will take my BS degree units or most of them and begin in the BSN curriculum without repeating a lot of monotonous courses like math, hist, etc. Prefer online to ease the transition into my new RN schedule I am planning to have in the months to come. Considering University Texas Arlington, but I am hearing I have to take a few additional non nursing courses. This will be my second bachelors degree directly out of RN school and I hate that I must do ANOTHER bachelors, but I know it is the future of nursing. PLEASE HELP! Thank you!
